After falling ill on Friday 16th on the Santa Paula, California, set of an unnamed ghost-themed TV show, Sharon Osbourne was rushed to a nearby hospital.
The 70 year old star fell ill on the set of the unnamed show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, on Friday night (16.12.22) and she was subsequently transported to Santa Paula Hospital.
One of the managers at the Glen Tavern has confirmed that there was an “emergency” at the venue. However, he declined to provide any further details about what happened and Sharon’s current condition remains unclear.
Sharon’s health scare comes after she tested positive for COVID-19 in May, around the time her daughter Kelly Osbourne and husband Ozzy Osbourne also contracted the coronavirus. She previously had COVID in December 2020, for which she was briefly hospitalized.
Sharon has hit a rough patch lately. As she’s also been taking care of her husband, rock ‘n roll legend Ozzy Osbourne who is suffering from Parkinson’s disease and other health issues.
Late on Saturday (17 December), Jack shared the latest on his mother’s medical status, confirming that she had been discharged from medical care. Jack Osbourne stated on his Instagram story : “She has been given the all-clear from her medical team and is now home. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support. As to what happened to my mum – I’m gonna leave it to her to share about when she is ready.”
